Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
We perform FCEs for insurers, businesses, medical professionals, and individual clients to provide a comprehensive and holistic assessment of the client’s ability to meet the inherent demands of a specific job or work in the open labour market in general. Our FCEs are designed to evaluate a range of physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to determine the client’s capacity for work. With our FCEs, we aim to provide valuable information to our clients that can help inform decisions related to employment and rehabilitation.
Case Management
We provide comprehensive case management services to support our clients in receiving all the necessary services they require to maximize their quality of life and work performance. This includes managing referrals to relevant healthcare practitioners and team members, coordinating appointment dates, assisting in developing graded return-to-work plans, and facilitating effective communication between employers and employees to ensure timely resolution of any issues. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have the support they need to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Work site Evalations
Our team conducts onsite evaluations at our clients’ workplaces to assess the environment and provide recommendations aimed at optimizing their functioning and ensuring a safe return to work following injury or disability.
